In 2025, he presented Trauma-Informed Leadership in Modern Outpatient Mental Health Practice at the Arizona Behavioral Health Innovation Summit in Phoenix, Arizona, and Managing Emotional Dysregulation and High-Risk Behaviors in Adolescents during the Southwest Behavioral Health Leadership Series. In 2026, Ryan contributed presentations on Eating Disorders, Identity, and Emotional Regulation in Adolescents and Young Adults and Ethics and Risk Management in High-Acuity Outpatient Behavioral Health Settings, with a continued focus on trauma-informed systems of care, clinician development, and complex case conceptualization.
